chief rod length

does someone know the length of the connecting rods center to center on a chief, 48 in this case? thanks chris

Chris i just measured a 48 rod center to center 226mm very close to that , Rob

ok now I am confused , I hear 8 1/4" approx. and 226mm which is 8.8 inches...which is correct?
