  • Source for the tall, closed end cylinder base nuts on 30's Chiefs

Does anyone know who may make the early cylinder nuts? And does anyone know when was the last year before the 16A61 nuts were used up to 1953?
Thanks,a friend is doing a 37 Standard Scout and thinks they're correct, but missing.

16a61 was used from 35 to 53, they are open both ends, http://www.oldstylebolts.com/2011%20price%20list.pdf

Thanks, I just found my 36-37 Parts book and 16A61 is the only one listed for 36-37 All Twins.

If you need the closed ones - they are made by Randy Walker

1934 might have been the last year for the closed cylinder base nuts.......
