I am replacing the throttle and spark cables on my 1940 chief ,bought new cables from greer ,I made a bend in the cable and reinstalled the block and pin ,when I installed the cables the small blocks stick in the groves in the handle bars .i have taken the block and pin apart many times and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong ? Any help would be appreciated thanks
