  • Indian sidecar trim

does anyone know who sells the top (band) trim for late Indian sidecars? Stark lists it but is closed for the week and has " ships in 90 days" on their web description. I'd like to find some sooner if possible. Thanks all, as usual

I used an aluminum strip that is a pretty fair resemblance of the original. Put it on 22 years ago. Have some more strips left. Fitted, curved on my dies. Takes 3 pieces to go around with splice on left side of the "hood". It is a common extrusion and available through trim specialists. I think you could form it yourself.
I made some for a guy once, but he was not happy that it was aluminum, and sent it back. If you are not a purist, I recommend it.

      Hi,
You may want to try classicsidecar.com He lists many Indian sidecar parts/pieces. I think the vendor's location is in Europe, so getting anything may not happen quickly.
