  • 80" rods

I've acquired a set of 80" flywheels, but now realize (in the Greer web-site catalog) that the front (forked) rod for an 80 is different than the 74" front rod. The blade rod (rear) is listed as "74 and 80", so I presume the diff has something to do with clearance in the fork area.
Can somebody clue me in please? .. or refer me to the information?

No difference in dimensions critical to fit.If you look at an eighty female rod the lower end is slightly beefed up.and I think the upper rod ends can also be slightly different with holes for oil instead of slots and no little web,but a more radiused transition from blade to bushing bore.
