Trying to make my own Bonne Carb

    Any pointers?

So far I have the Venturi, nozzle however I need to drill the four holes to the correct size. I also understand that the top of the nozzle is cut like a kings crown, does anyone have a picture they could share?

    Thanks

    Phillie!

A 1 1/4" Model Bonne nozzle is shown at the far right.

Note that there are five bleed holes, all #54, and the spigot is #28 to to just above the bleeds, and then #33 beneath. Please note the truncated sides to the bleed trough, as this increases the metered "shot" upon acceleration. Anything fancy to the nozzle spigot would be a "wildcat" innovation.

I find it easiest to just buy one from a vintage Indian supplier!
(And that way, no original hardware is molested...)
