it is not centered on the fender, it is mounted to the right of center about a inch ( I assume "to the right" means as if sitting on the bike, ex side)

Very, very nice kind Sir! Glad you pointed out the offset as picture angles can be a little deceptive and I would never really considered that. Thanks again!
