paint for 1924 Big Chief?

Been doing research on the correct paint for my 24 Big Chief. I find pictures of two different reds, one very vibrant and the other deeper darker red. Literature for the year indicates Indian Red. So which color is correct, or were both offered?

I have a 26 Chief and I will give you the color code for the deeper darker red, if you need it. The color was a direct match to the color of the front fork tube where it attaches through the frame.

Do you have a pic of your bike after paint? I have been told the darker red was not available for 1924.
