  • Indian battery vent tube

I have new Greer reproduction Indian battery shell with modern 6 volt lead acid 6N11 Jap battery inside.

How do you route battery vent tube out of the shell?

If you have room a little plastic squeeze bottle along side of battery in case or you will have ti drill hole in inconspicuous place to rout it.

Thanks for the ideas. Yep, a hard plastic rectangular box, think Dental Floss or 3x5 index card case, will fit perfect inside shell and help stop front-rear battery movement also. Hole in top for tube in, a few small holes in top for air, strip of battery mat acid neutralizer in bottom.
      Thanks!
