    Anybody have or know where to get Hollywood Green paint or the formula.

        I'm sure you are aware of the fact that the Hollywood Green used in 1938 was a lot different than the Hollywood Green used in 1955. I don't know why they used the same name for two completely different colors.

              Don't you mean that you have a drop of paint on a thick piece of paper? What Antique Cycle sells can hardly be called a chip.
              I have used their paint on many bikes and I have no complaints.
