68450-49 Fender Lamp Wire Routing

Can anyone tell me with certainty how this wire was routed and to which terminal it was connected on the K Model?
Did they tell you to drill a hole in the fender?
Did it exit from under the fender?
Left or right side?

Not sure they had wire ties back then..... It would make sense to come up on the right and follow the brake cable.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
