1970 CH Spark wiring

Can anyone tell me the correct path for the 1970 CH spark plug Wires. This model has the coil mounted to the rear frame seat post casting, beneath the sear, near the rear fender. Are they supposed to run between the top of the oil tank and the bottom of the frame casting? If so, I fabricated my replacement oil tank mount incorrectly.
