Johnny Sells book says that rim is 45.

I tried to lace it around 7 or 8 times in every conceivable way and it wouldnt fit on my 45 hub. Does his book go by the stamping?... cause the palmers book makes no mentiom of 705t....r/ p. My genuine kh rim foe a 45 doesnt have the big gao before rhe last letter, and the letters are also alot smaller
