My plans are to also reproduce the KH cylinders in the future.

Nice to know, I am in the beginning phase of rebuilding, will need heads before too long .

Amen to needing heads. My front head on my '56 KHK just puked a spark plug. We shall try to repair it, but it would be great to have a source of replacement heads - hopefully made with a more failure resistant aluminum alloy.
The last time I replaced heads was in '67. Back then, all I had to do was call Hank Reimann (Roger's dad and owner of Reimann's H-D in Kewanee, IL) and order a set of KR heads. Now, it seems neither the bike nor I heal as quickly as we once did.
