  • K and early Sporty front fork bush fitment

    Hi,

I hope someone can help. I recently bought a '56 KHK with lots of work to do. Stripped worn front forks and in one lower tube both bushes are at the top! Quite close in the other tube. Consequently I'm unsure of the correct location for the bottom bush.

Manual helpfully says install to line on factory driver, but no one has one. Can anyone give me the dimension down from the rim of the lower tube? If you have a factory tool I'd appreciate it if the dimension can be measured, or measured in a known good lower tube.

    Cheers!

    John
