56095-59 vs 56095-62??

Morning All - Can anyone tell me the differences between 56095-59 and 56095-62? I could find no part or casting # on this part. I have one handlebar clamp cover (see attached) and trying to ID the part.

Is it possible the difference is related to the aluminum top tree that started in 62?
