tool box

I would like to mt a hard tool box to my 76 FLH. I was going toward one of those tear drop black ones that mt on side buy the swing arm. In all the catalogs I'm looking at ..none of them have brackets that fit my year bike.Do I have to make my own bracket or is it that these type of tool boxs just don't work on the 76FLH?

I have one mounted on my 73 I think I got the bracket from j@p cycles it was not for my year either but i made it work with spaceres If you want I can take pics and show you how I made it work
