Electra Glide emblem mounting holes for front fender

Does anyone know of a template or fixture or something to locate the holes on the front fender for the Electra Glide emblem? I am wanting to mount NOS emblems on a late front fender that has no holes.

It would be handy if there was a set of templates that would sit along the bottom edge of the fender and locate off the forward rivet. I don't see anything like that searching the net.

Checking if you guys know of anything or if someone has measurements for the holes.

I have an original 74 flh I can measure the actual emblem location and you can take it from there. Let me know if that helps.

I apologize for the late reply. I had to work out of town for a couple of days.

Otis71 that is a very kind offer and I would really appreciate that. Give me some reference to the fender location, like how far up from the lower edge and how far back for the forward rivet. I have a set of NOS emblems, so I can get the hole spacing exact, but I would really like them to be in the correct place on the fender.
