Have a '71 FLH that I was having problems getting enough oil pressure to keep the hydraulic tappets pumped up at idle .
So I changed the oil pump to an S&S kit # 31-6294 .
Now I am getting a ton of white ( oil ) smoke at idle .
Didn't have any smoke at all before the new pump .
Anyone else ever had this problem with an S&S oil pump ?
