Okay so she's back up and running again: IMG_0242.jpg Thank you guys for all inputs. My last close call was having the jugs on and thinking "wait a minute, these are forged pistons; let me check the clearance". Of course what I was thinking when I honed the jugs was "these are forged, therefore the tolerance is tighter". I had only a .001" piston to cylinder clearance... Anyway, glad I caught it and changed the pistons out with cast ones.I don't mean to brag but; I put together a puzzle in only a week when the box clearly said "2-4 years".Comment
