those roters with springs around outside noise or heat reduction / anti chatter when replaced the new ones dont have spring just something they tried they had lots of issues with those banana calipers on flh shovels love those shovels just like riding a pan at half the money w elec start paul minot maine 7989

thanks for the great ansewer i have a pan but love my shovel heads!!!! i have a 66 and a 83 both blue
