67 Electraglide directional question

Howdy folks,

I picked up a 67 Fl Electraglide several months ago. When I use the directionals, not only do they flash but there is a beeping sound as if a truck was backing up. Is this stock or do you think the previous owner addedd it so he would remember a directional was on?

To keep it serious - Bob - no signal beeper would be on board for that year. In fact I'll go out on a limb and say no shovel had a directional beeper.

Sounds like somone wired in a Japanese blinker beeper!!

Someone wired a beeper to the turn signal wires in the headlight nacelle is all.
