  • Starter Mainshaft Gear

I am looking at replacing the starter clutch and mainshaft gear on my '48 4-speed. Searching online I see a lot of 33430-50 for late 1950 and up (my book only goes to '54!) are available but not the 33430-36 that is the correct number for the part I need. Can anybody speak to the differences between the gears? Thanks in advance!

Glad I got to this before anyone typed out an answer. Same gear different bearing surface.
