how to hold flex covers to pipes

I just bought a set of flex covers for my pipes and was wondering how you keep them from moving on the pipes / thanks

The flex covers are just captive on the pipe sections, the rear one goes from flange to y-pipe and the front one from flange to frame clamp. They just sit therein place. If you like you can slightly ovalize them on the ends to bind slightly on the pipe. If they are the correct length they don't move.
