    Hey i am looking for value on a set of 63-65 3.5 gallon handshift tanks in dcent shape no leaks , primed and ready for paint

        Hello , im thinking of selling them but im not real sure what to ask , i dont have a good cam to get pics yet ... But the emblem mounts are on them , they have been repaired in the back , but they are solid and dont leak , and no repairs can be detected once on the bike .they are very nice tanks , just a rough idea on value .

            That is a big difference as footshift tanks are generally about 2/3rds the value of handshift for those years. Depending on condition they are likely in the $400 dollar range. Check completed auctions on eBay for actual selling prices. I recently bought a near mint right side for $102.
