  • 59 pan inner primary rear mounting bolts with spring

I'm kinda stumped ,I'm installing my inner primary on my 59 pan ,and at the rear top and rear botton there is a bolt with a pring ( spring is part no.60640-29 ) "spring ,chaincoverbolt (2) " and fits 41 t0 64. The diagram in my parts book shows the top bolt going through the tab on the oil tank then through the inner primary tab, then on the outer side of the inner primary a washer goes onto the bolt then the spring, then a nut ,and lastly a otter pin goes through the hole drilled in the end of the bolt. This would mean the spring is on the outward side of the inner primary .I thought it should be between the inner primary and the oil tank.I dont have any photos to refer to ,can someone take a look at their bike and tell me the correct order this goes please .The same applies to the bolt and spring at the rear lower tab on the inner primary ,this bolt first goes through the frame then I guess follows the same set as the upper bolt and spring although theres no diagram for the lower bolt and spring set up. It is bothering me that the inner primary will be rubbing against the oil tanhk tab and the lower tab will touch the frame.?? ( this is if I follow the diagram in my parts book.
    Thanks ,Neil
