    Thanks Chris, love the anniversary emblem on the stationary. Anyone happen to have a copy of the ad they mention at the bottom? Did they offer special colors every spring in the early 50's ? I have this one from 51.

      I have a can of Spring Green and will probably do my '51 in that color. I've wondered the same thing Brian. I've seen the spring color offerings mentioned before. It would be interesting to know if that was an annual tradition.

                        OK, so I found this pic from a 55 American Motorcyclist. Sorry it's so small but you can see it's either a 51, 52, or 53 by the tank emblems ( my money would be that's a 53). The fenders match the tanks, not the panel. Panel looks bright white, main color doesn't look black, Blue maybe. Anyone have any info on this?
