There is on the plastic. I don't have one handy to tell you exactly what.

This photo is of a later parts counter windsheild, most likely from the 60's shown on a 49. I thought I had a photo of the earlier style but I can't seem to find it. I think it has the winged logo similar to the one stamped into front panel of the saddlebags but I can't be sure.

For what it's worth - I have an NOS 58020-49B kicking around here. The instruction sheet with it is dated 1977, so well past Hydra Glide. Attached is a photo (not the greatest but the best I could do with a flash, if there is interest I can try and get a better one during the day without a flash). Stylized bar and shield logo, looks like GE logo, Lexan sheet script plus other misc text ... Perry

Back the week of 19th on Tuesday prolly

Hi, I'll look at my original 56 FLH when I get home and see what markings and where they are on it. You mean the top beaded part only I'm sure... It is the correct one, I'm up here on Cape Cod enjoying the only good week they've had in awhile...maybe my luck's changing LOL , Merlin in Pa.

                  couldn't find anything

I just looked and couldn't see any trademark at all on the top section as well as the lowers. The Top ofcourse is the pointed bead type not the rounded as with the 60 and later years. Unless the markings are behind the molding pieces which I never had off yet. The lowers on mine are red with the center one being tapered back straight across the headlight unlike the later round cut design. Merlin in Pa.

Tom, do not mean to jack your thread but now i am curious about the one for my 65 pan. Attached a pic but it is difficult to read. Could not figure how to increase the size and save it for the post.

The top says Union Carbide. Below that it has the HD logo. To the right are the letter/numbers M3355, below that what looks like AS6 and below that is 082.

Panz, those appear to be the marking used in the 60's and early 70's. At least the H-D and union carbide emblems, the numbers may or may not have something to do with when they were manufactured, I really don't know about that.
