I have one from harley that cover fl 1959-1969 part number 99482-69.
was wondering if there is a better one that detailsl the 65 fl

Short answer is no. Do you have an owners manual? They also help, but the service manuals are not that model specific. The "Shop Dopes" help also as they show running changes and recall issues. There has been lots of '65 discussion lately on various forums. which do you visit?
