    rear primary bolts & springs

Im just looking at my 59 inner primary ,and have a package of mounting bolts etc. It looks to me as though the bolt goes through the frame ,then through the oil tank tab, then the inner primary and then the washer, spring ,nut, and cotter pin, goes on in that order placing the washer ,spring, and nut outside of the inner primary . this way the oil tank tab and inner primary tab touch. I thought the maybe the spring should go between the oiltank and primary ,but the diagrams dont show it this way.
    Can someone advise ?

Thats right. Don't tighten it tight. Leave wiggle room or you will break off tabs.
