park or cad tool box bolts

read palmers and can't figure out if the tool box mountings should be cad or park plated for a 1950 pan. Looking at antique cycle supply they have both anyone know for sure before I order them.

Most general hardware such as this was parkerized. Cadmium was only used where appearence was important such as gearcase cover screws for example.
