Moose, you have the makings of a great bike there. I spotted an early kick cover on the machine. I would be willing to work out a trade for the correct one if you are interested.

If it were my bike I would get it running and ride it as it is. It has personality that will be forever lost if it is restored. There are too many restorations out there and they tell way too many lies. This bike is not lying to anyone the way it is.
