Duo-Glide Front Fender

Hello, need help with where to drill for front fender Duo-Glide emblem on repo fender
fixing up a 62 Rider, want to make look as good as possible.
A template of where to drill holes would be great

Looking at my 60 Duo-Glide, Both side are 1/16 above the spear trim, on one side the D is 1 3/8
from the rivet, on the other side the other side the E is 1/2 from the rivet, my bike is all original so hope this helps
