Repo Pan Parts

I was wondering what experiences anyone has had with the repo flex exaust covers, are they OK, or just junk? How about the Bomber rear fender tips?

i put 'em on my pan ,had to uncoil them an slowly recoil them while turning cover to install . wouldn't install by sliding it on because the coils would hit each other and prevent it from sliding on any further.
