    Well, the first issue with our "crustorizing" the 1948 Panhead in American Iron Magazine is now on sale on the newsstand stores.
    Briefly, a crew of Dale & Matt Walksler, Matt Olsen, Jims Sims and I took a messed up 1948 Panhead and got it running and sorted out in 3 days. Rebuilt the top end, sorted out the wiring, carb and paint - ahem - and built a set of wheels. Very cool project.

    hey buzz, i know the bike, came from my home town area'
    it was here in meigs county ohio at least 40 plus years

      Yes I did buy it in Ohio a few years ago. Sure looks different now than when I bought it.

      The third section on the process is in the new issue of American Iron Magazine www.aimag.com that goes on the newsstand now. Next month will be a full color feature on the finished bike.
