Can anyone tell me if buddy seat back rest part # 52520-64A is correct on a 64 FLH ?

All I know is my parts book says 65 and newer for that backrest.

accessories are not a Judge-able item and i run them on my panheads also want to sell it

Accessories are not judged (not sure what happens if they are on a restoration though). As far as that backrest - I know they were available in the '64 accessories catalog (on page 7) so should be fine if you are concerned about correct of model year/availability.
