I posted a message/ question earlier concerning a switch on my headlight cowling. Well I'm thinking I have the last 63 pan in the world so I guess I will just put it in storage and will not bother to ask anymore questions. Thank you for your time.

I have a '64 FL. The cowl has no hole that look like they took a switch, but there is a switch on the handlebars a that looks like the hi/lo beam switch, but is opne/close, so I figured the spots went on that.

I have a 65 and the switch is located on the right front crash bar.
I have no idea whether that's the original location. That's where it was as long as I've known the bike (since 1968).

'63 FLH Headlight Cowling
My '63 has nothing on the headlight cowl except red and green hi/lo beam indicator lights on the back of the shroud. My owners manual makes no mention of spotlights.Comment
