dual exhaust factory kit

In clearing out old stuff in my collection I found what I think is the hardware from one of Harley's dual exhaust kits in the early 60's. This all came in the cloth bag years ago. The bolts are bright zinc plated "1038 CP", the clamp was very rusted but also bright zinc plated like the other smaller clamp. That smaller clamp is maybe the one for the front pipe to attach to the frame.
I believe that Harley had to change to zinc plating around 1956 because Cadmium plating was too toxic. In my collection the bright zinc plated bolts were from the early 60's and newer. The late 50's hardware was a bit duller zinc plated.

My question is this: Is that rear pipe clamp the 65510-54 for rigid frames or is it the 65510-61 for swingarm frames?

Also what is the double ended stud for? I have another pair of that same stud that chrome plated and never figured out what they used on.

I know that the special head 9/16" bolt is for rigid frame bikes to attach the muffler clamp, but what is the cad plated bracket for?

I have both of those clamps, both very rusted, and the one on the right with the longer mounting tab looks identical to my original from my 1960.
The one with the shorter mounting tab or on the left, I believe to be for '54 to '57.
As far as I can tell, the '61 and up rear pipe clamp has a tab with an open end where it connects to the rear cylinder stud rather than a closed loop.
The open ended tab shows in my parts book.
I believe V-Twin repro'd one or both of them in Cad and or Zinc.
I intend to blast the heck out of my original and parkerize it. I will probably use zinc phosphate since you mentioned the zinc and that rings a bell somehow.

Can't help with the cad bracket. The stud that's park'd looks familiar but I can't place it.

Karel, the double ended stud is for the seat springs to space the left side out to clear the pipe. The cad bracket is to lower the brake line on a swingarm frame.
