I was hoping with the combines knowledge on this site some body would know what this fender is off.

I am fairly certain it is not HD. If I had to guess I would say Indian vertical. That fender screams 30's or 40's to me and that covers many hundreds of manufacturers Jerry

Who ever identifies this fender will do it with one pic I think the rack will give it away
