’48 Panhead – final plating question – I hope

Hi - On judging, it was pointed out that the ‘front brake side washer’ (44182-36) – see image – had been CAD plated where it should be packerized.

From Palmers manual, page 911 – Cadmium Plated Parts – see image – it includes the seal washer (4109) which is the part number 44182-36. It then says – BT & Servicar.

So, for the ’48 Panhead FL, does this mean the part is CAD plated or Parkerised?
