58 duo glide rear fender holes

Need help identifying the correct position of rear turn signal wiring grommet hole. It's located in this photo. Need to drill the hole and size. I understand that there was installation instructions in July of 59. If someone has this I would be very grateful for the help. Thanks so much. IMG_20170901_111521.jpg
