Once the lock is installed, there is need to close off the hole in the front of the steering head that the piston was inserted through. My lock kit came with a little "saucer" similar to an automotive freeze plug for that purpose. At the risk of sounding OCD, is that installed with the convex side facing out, or in? And is it forced in from the outside, or popped through somehow from inside the neck? Thanks!
