Dash base ID

I have this dash base I don’t recognize. Can anyone tell me what year(s) it is for?
It has a police speed lock lever and 2 wide spaced light sockets.

Base for a 62-64 handshift model with no neutral light. With another socket installed it is the same as a three light base. The speedo lock release could be on any '47 up type.
