Jiffy Stand Bumper (50100-65) Questions [PHOTO]

Did the jiffy stand bumper (50100-65) appear in any parts catalog or other literature prior to the 1968 parts catalog? I don't have a copy of the 1965 parts catalog or the 1967 supplement. Was the bumper actually installed/stock on any new models for 65 (or 66-69)? I don't know if this is an example of a retroactively assigned part number (-65), but I'm having a hard time finding photos of any new model or other 65 (or 66-69) bike with the bumper.
