Replacement rocker arms and blocks for Pan Heads

    Hello All!

Has anyone found a quality vendor for rocker arms and block sets?
I can resurface the bore but the arms have too much end play... 0.012" clearance now...

    Thank you in advance...

    I used a hard nickel silver-solder, Steve!

Just a "flash" of it around the block's bore on one end, top and bottom.

Then I torqued it on a tapered mandrel between centers, and cut the thrust face on the lathe exact.

Don't forget to torque the block to a plate when you hone the bore.
I used the tapered mandrel for a gauge.

PS: Twelve thou don't sound that bad. When you lean into a curve and you hear them rattle, that's bad.
