Wire Color Confusion!

Re-wiring my 65 FLH. Bought a new harness Vintage MC Supply which I understand took over production for Bruce Lindsey and has maintained the original quality, or so I've read. While comparing the wires included in the kit to the wire colors in the factory wiring diagram, I couldn't help but notice that the factory diagram has any number of solid color wires: red, green, black and yellow along with those having another color tracer. However, the new kit only includes 2-color wires, solid with tracers. Can anyone shed light on this? There is a thread about very subject from 2013 and no one was offered up a response so I thought I'd try again.

So, was there a mix of solid and 2 color wires or just 2 color with tracers?
