I know EL is 1000cc FL is 1200cc how about FLE... what's E stand for?

It's a 74" like the FL but it uses a smaller carb M-61B (53 & 54 only, 55 & 56 use the M-74B). It also uses the EL cam and is meant for city use. Could be a city Police or a utility, company vehicle...maybe with a sidecar attached for deliveries. -
