65 Panhead wiring

Hi,
Just got my Pan on the road after 17 months of frame up rebuild everthing works and runs just fine but when i put ign switch in lock
the brake light is on can any body help

Click to the left after OFF is parking position and the tail light SHOULD be on in that position.
