Anyone know anything about a Stop "& Lock rear axle lock? I have one and need a key for it. The local locksmith couldn't pick it. He suggested that there is a pin that can't be seen. Anybody have an opinion? Thanks in advance for any help.

I think we used to sell those back in the 70s, haven't seen one in years.
