Question about frame part

Hi,

My 1950 frame needs a tool box mount. On eBay, there are Weldon replacement mounts from Vtwin and Teddy...the Teds one includes a toolbox (on one auction) for the same price. Is there a mount that is more proper? I want to do as right as possible by this frame.
